As living standards improve, gas water heaters have been installed in many regions. For daily kitchen water use in winter, showering and indoor warmth preservation — wherever you need water, you may connect it to the circulating‑water system of a gas water heater according to actual conditions. Central heating operates on a fixed schedule. Before heating starts and after it ends, gas water heaters can keep your living space continuously warm. More importantly, not everyone can stand the cold or bear washing vegetables and utensils with cold water.

- 1.Classified by fuel‑gas type: manufactured‑gas water heaters, natural‑gas water heaters, liquefied‑petroleum‑gas (LPG) water heaters and biogas water heaters.
Note: Water heaters for different gas types are not interchangeable. Please keep this in mind! We will cover this topic in detail in later articles. - 2.Classified by hot‑water outlet control mode: front‑control type and rear‑control type.
The front‑control type adjusts hot‑water flow by means of the water‑inlet valve. It features a relatively simple structure yet inconvenient operation. - 3.Classified by water‑supply pressure: low‑pressure, medium‑pressure and high‑pressure water heaters.
- 4.Classified by exhaust mode: direct‑vent type, forced‑exhaust type, flue‑vented type and balanced‑flue type.
The forced‑exhaust type is fitted with an exhaust fan, which forces waste gas outdoors through the flue pipe. During operation, flue gas is forcibly discharged outside. It delivers higher safety than non‑forced‑exhaust models, yet it still draws oxygen from indoor air.
