Statistics for the first half of this year show that the total domestic sales of the entire kitchenware industry rose by 58.77 % year‑on‑year, and actual paid‑in tax revenue increased by 41.82 % year‑on‑year. Multiple enterprises including Jindi jointly accounted for 31.92 % of total industry sales and 52.26 % of total actual paid‑in taxes. Eleven enterprises listed in the “Top 30” and “Excellent 30” rankings together took up 52.80 % of total sales and 63.37 % of total actual paid‑in taxes.
It is reported that in the second half of the year, on the premise of effective COVID‑19 pandemic prevention and control, domestic kitchenware enterprises will seize key marketing opportunities such as the “818 Shopping Festival”, National Day Golden Week and “Double 11” to expand market share and sales volume, striving to meet or exceed the full‑year established targets.
Against this backdrop, the Kitchenware Industry Association will select and recommend enterprises for intelligent and digital transformation demonstration projects in accordance with specific plans and policies. No fewer than ten enterprises are scheduled to build cloud‑based platforms within this year.
Key technological‑renovation projects in the kitchenware industry will be completed and put into operation as planned, while new‑build projects will break ground on schedule. The office building and product exhibition hall of Pusen Company aim to be relocated and put into use in early October. The Jindi Smart Kitchen Industrial Park project is scheduled for completion and commissioning by the end of this year, and relocation of its office building and product experience exhibition hall will be realized before the Spring Festival next year. The Senge Integrated Kitchen Industrial Park project is expected to start construction in October.
Steps for shareholding reform and IPO in the kitchenware industry will be accelerated. Senge strives to complete the listing and launch of its new joint‑stock company in September. Enterprises such as Banchuan and Lanjuxing will carry out capital‑market operations including mergers & acquisitions and equity transfer according to their own conditions, so as to achieve high‑speed and high‑quality development.
